  • Account Information: Mobile numbers, login credentials, business outlet names, and user role profiles.
  • Vehicle & Wash Records: Vehicle plate numbers, vehicle categories, wash service types, and transaction amounts.
  • Camera Access: Camera permission is used strictly for optical character recognition (OCR) license plate scanning during vehicle entry logging. Images are processed locally on device and not stored on external servers without consent.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve WashBook services, including:

  • Authenticating vendor and worker user accounts.
  • Generating wash sales reports, receipts, and outlet analytics.
  • Notifying users regarding subscription status and system updates.

3. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and secure token storage to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

4. Third-Party Services

WashBook may utilize trusted third-party providers (such as Google Play Services and cloud hosting infrastructure) strictly to perform operational functions on our behalf.

By downloading or using the WashBook app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (mobile number and password) and for all activities that occur under their account.

2. Authorized Usage

WashBook is intended for authorized vehicle washing outlet vendors, managers, and staff. Unauthorized attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the software is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the application at any time to improve performance, security, or compliance.

4. Limitation of Liability

TechZone India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or user data input errors.

Account & Data Deletion Request Policy

Deletion Timeframe Notice: All account deletion requests submitted by vendor users are reviewed by our administration team. Your account and all associated outlet data will be permanently deleted after 48 hours of manual review.

How to Submit an Account Deletion Request:

  1. Open the WashBook App and navigate to Settings.
  2. Select Request Account Deletion.
  3. Select your reason for deletion, provide required feedback/details, and submit your request.

Alternatively, you may request account deletion by emailing our support team directly at support@tzindia.com with your registered mobile number and business name.
